YOUR PROFILE
- You are a qualified Montessori "educator" or "assistant educator", or you have experience in childcare and Montessori teaching.

- You have a diploma in early childhood: Cap, childcare assistant, young child educator, school teacher.

- You know the fundamentals of the Montessori philosophy and you know the basics of early childhood development.

- You are fluent in French or English.

- First aid training is a plus.

YOUR PROFILE
123 mon école is searching for a graduate or someone with experience in early years education and the Montessori philosophy. It is important to know the fundamentals of the Montessori method and the basics of early childhood development.

Fluency in English required.

One of the following diplomas is required:
Teaching Degree, Diploma in Educational Sciences, EJE, CAP Early Childhood, nursery or childcare auxiliaries, BAFA early childhood and First Aid training.

YOUR MISSION

- Greet children and their families daily during school time and possibly during extracurricular activities.
- Take responsibility for the security and safety of the students and follow the health & safety protocol.
- Support children in their daily life at school: During the work cycle, meal times, outings, nap time and so on.
- Respect the autonomy of the children and the specific rhythm of each student.
- Follow the school rules and internal procedures at all times.

- Participate in team meetings and ensure the preparation of educational and additional content for the students.
- Provide information to families regarding their child's progress via individual meetings throughout the year.

123 mon école was founded in 2012: private Montessori kindergartens, bilingual English/French, secular, out of contract and registered with the rectorat. Our project: international, warm and family-oriented schools. Today, nearly 150 families, of about twenty different nationalities, are welcomed each morning in Paris and Asnières-sur-Seine (92).

You:
• Are a recent graduate or have experience in childcare and Montessori teaching.
• Are familiar with the fundamentals of the Montessori philosophy and have a basic understanding of early childhood development.
• Are fluent in French or English.
• Hold one of the following diplomas: Montessori credential; degree in education sciences; early childhood educator (EJE); early childhood care, childcare worker, or childcare assistant (CAP); certificate in early childhood work (BAFA).
• First-aid training is a plus.

YOUR MISSIONS
- To ensure the daily reception of children and their families during school time and possibly during extra-curricular activities.
- To ensure safety, respect of the sanitary protocol, as well as the care given to each child.
- Accompanying the children in their daily life at school: teaching time, meals, outings, naps, etc.
- Respecting their autonomy and their own rhythm.
- Respect the regulatory and internal procedures at 123 mon école.
- Participate in team meetings and ensure the preparation of pedagogical and other content for the children.
- Ensuring the pedagogical follow-up of pupils on an individual level and maintaining links with families: meetings, individual appointments, etc.
