YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the reception of children and their families, during school or out-of-school time.
• Guarantee the safety, compliance with the health protocol, as well as the care given to each child.
• Ensure the implementation of regulatory and internal procedures at 123 my school.
• Enrich and lead the school project with the teaching team.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have significant experience in coaching and team management.
• You have validated a minimum of Bac 3.
• You have spent at least 4 years in a school environment, in supervisory, supervisory or teaching functions.
• You are familiar with common computer tools (Google suite) and are comfortable with the use of educational and administrative applications.
• You have one or more of the following degrees:

YOUR PROFILE
123 mon école is searching for a graduate or someone with experience in early years education and the Montessori philosophy. It is important to know the fundamentals of the Montessori method and the basics of early childhood development.

Fluency in English required.

One of the following diplomas is required:
Teaching Degree, Diploma in Educational Sciences, ECE, CAP Early Childhood, nursery or childcare auxiliaries, BAFA early childhood and First Aid training.

YOUR MISSION

• Greet children and their families daily during school time and possibly during extracurricular activities.
• Take responsibility for the security and safety of the students and follow the health
• Support children in their daily life at school: During the work cycle, meal times, outings, nap time and so on.
• Respect the autonomy of the children and the specific rhythm of each student.
• Follow the school rules and internal procedures at all times.

• Participate in team meetings and ensure the preparation of educational and additional content for students.
• Provide information to families regarding their child's progress via individual meetings throughout the year.
