Winter lullaby
A tender and poetic story about animal hibernation. A wonderful story!
A very pretty lullaby that gently addresses the autumn-winter transition for a bear and his mother. Little Bear doesn't want to go to sleep until spring... Why should he go into hibernation when the other animals in the forest are still playing outside? No, he doesn't want to go into their den for a long winter sleep! Mummy Bear will then show him with patience, tenderness and kindness that the other animals of the forest (the mouse, the squirrel, the hare,...) are also preparing in their own way to spend the winter in a warm place.
In addition to addressing the fascinating theme of animal hibernation, this album is a gentle way to help your children fall asleep.
The rhyming text is beautiful and gentle, and reads like a lullaby.
And the illustrations are absolutely beautiful! The animals are very cute and the landscapes beautiful. Through the different pictures, we follow this beautiful transition from autumn to winter.
A REAL favourite!
